With over 20 years of experience at the semi-professional, collegiate, and club levels across the U.S., Neil brings a deep understanding of player development and program leadership.

He has held coaching and director roles at respected organizations such as The University of Tampa, Tampa Bay United, Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Colorado Storm, and SC Del Sol. His qualifications include a UEFA B coaching license and the NSCAA National Youth Diploma, reflecting his commitment to high coaching standards.

Neil’s teams have achieved multiple state cup titles in several states, and he has consistently helped players advance to collegiate programs and into the professional ranks, including MLS and NWSL. Since arriving in Southwest Florida two years ago, he has led teams to new heights at the state level, further proving his ability to elevate both individual players and team performance.
